从规模与结构两方面，实证分析了我国社会性基本公共服务财政支出对居民消费的影响，同时对城乡差异性在社会性基本公共服务供给方面的表现进行了分析。实证发现：2007~2012年间，我国社会性基本公共服务财政支出对居民消费的影响不显著，并具有明显的城乡差异性。从分项来看，教育支出对居民消费的影响效果不显著，在城乡差异表现方面，教育支出对城镇居民消费的影响效果不显著，但对农村居民消费却有着一定的挤入效应；社会保障和就业支出对居民消费具有一定的挤出效应，但在城乡差异表现方面，这种影响都不显著；医疗卫生支出对居民消费具有一定的挤入效应，且挤入作用在城乡之间的差异较小。     

檫木组培快繁试验

以树龄20 a以上的檫木基部萌条为外植体,对其进行诱导试验,增殖培养及生根培养试验,结果表明,诱导培养MS＋6-BA 0.5～1.0 mg/L＋IBA 0.1 mg/L,诱导率78%,增殖培养MS＋6-BA 0.5～0.8 mg/L＋IBA 0.1 mg/L,增殖倍数4,生根培养1/2 MS＋IAA 0.1～0.2 m...     

Reconstructing mole tunnels using frequency-domain ground penetrating radar

The European mole (Talpa europaea L.) inhabits an underground tunnel system whereby the density, extent and condition of the subsurface tunnels are indicative of its activity. Currently, no survey method was able to reveal the spatial extent and condition of the mole's tunnel network. Frequency-domain ground penetrating radar (GPR) was evaluated on its potential to image these shallow tunnel systems. This technique allows for a non-invasive, high-resolution mapping of the subsurface. We examined the effectiveness of this GPR system for delineating the mole's tunnel network. The integration of different depth slices allowed a detailed overview of the tunnel system. Automatic feature recognition on these GPR images was proven valuable for the detection and representation of the mole tunnels. The GPR survey proved successful in mapping the mole's tunnel network, which facilitates the interpretation and characterization of the mole's living environment. This can be linked to the occurrence of earthworms, as the principle food source of the moles, which regulate important ecosystem processes within the soil. This offers new perspectives for the understanding of the mole's habitat.     

江西省薄壳山核桃产业及苗木生产现状分析

薄壳山核桃树形挺拔、树冠优美,果仁营养丰富,木材质地优良,是一种极具市场竞争力的高效生态经济型木本油料树种;但在江西省还处于初始发展阶段,科研基础薄弱,产业发展相对滞后;本文通过分析江西薄壳山核桃产业发展与苗木生产现状及存在问题,总结提出了今后科研开展的方向及促进产业发展的对策。     

Biphenyls from Nicotiana tabacum and their anti-tobacco mosaic virus

Five new biphenyls, tababiphenyls A–E (1–5), together with five known ones (5–10), were isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum, of which compound 1 possessed a seldom reported 6-carbons unit in biphenyls. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. All compounds were tested for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activities. The results showed that compounds 3 and 5 exhibited high anti-TMV activities with inhibition rate of 48.4% and 32.1%, respectively, which were higher than that of positive control (ningnanmycin). The other compounds also showed potential anti-TMV activities with inhibition rates in the range of 18.6–28.7%, respectively.     

酸与碱处理对海带多糖提取及其抗氧化活性的影响

本试验采用柠檬酸提取法和碱提取法从海带中提取多糖组分,以总抗氧化能力和羟自由基（·OH）为衡量抗氧化活性指标,比较这两种提取方法得到海带粗多糖产率和抗氧化活性。试验结果表明：柠檬酸提取法和碱提取法的提取率分别为15.92%和6.05%,所提取的海带粗多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性,且柠檬酸提取法抗氧化活性更高。 [关键词] 柠檬酸提取法|碱提取法|海带多糖|抗氧化活性     

新形势下对我国金融机构反洗钱的思考

金融机构肩负着货币收支、汇兑业务工作的同时也担负了反洗钱的艰巨任务,金融机构如何完成这一任务也就成为当前的一项重要课题。本文认为我国金融机构仍需继续加强金融业反洗钱的法制建设;强化行业监管,提高监管实效;建立健全反洗钱组织体系以及建立反洗钱的激励机制。

基于回购契约的风险厌恶零售商的供应链协调

应用LSTAR模型对我国通货膨胀率的动态特征进行的实证研究结果表明：我国通货膨胀率自身调整有明显的非线性特征，分为显著的低通货膨胀区制和高通货膨胀区制，区制转移的平滑参数较大，转移变量为滞后1期通货膨胀率，转折点为0.01036。同时，我国通货膨胀率存在一定程度的非对称性调整，随冲击大小、方向、区制不同而表现不同。此外，我国通货膨胀率具有较高的持久性，高通货膨胀区制的持久性明显低于低通货膨胀区制。     

海带粒蜂蜜口服液的研制

以蜂蜜和海带为主要原料开发研制了一款口服液新产品.海带经过浸泡、清洗、切丝、熟化、打浆、打磨、过滤、调pH、酶解、灭酶、调配等工艺处理.通过正交试验得出酶解海带浆的最佳工艺参数为pH4.5、温度50℃、酶用量0.06％、酶解时间2h;通过评价正交试验样品,得出最佳配方为海带粒浆体50％、蜂蜜20％、海藻糖15％、柠檬酸0.2％、β-环糊精0.08％.
